The room was cosy, it had air conditioner and a multi-channel TV.

Thoroughly enjoyed how the deluxe double room was arranged when we arrived. It was cosy with free Wi-Fi. The setting was unbeatable, near to the beach and promenade, and restaurants.

This hotel offers a clean environment and has truly wonderful staff, making for a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Jose Y Glendy Hotel. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a comfy bed. Although the pillows were not the best, everything else was great. the hotel is conveniently located close to the Malecon, away from the busy cruise ship dock and shops. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and they spoke both Spanish and English. the on-site restaurant served delicious breakfast and evening snacks, including amazing chicken wings. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was a lovely common patio on the second floor with a partial ocean view. Cons: Nothing to fault.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the great location, just a short walk from the beautiful seafront and close to some fantastic restaurants. The attention to detail is impressive, with rooms that have access to a large terrace, perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. The basic amenities are all provided, and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the daily cleaning service and the availability of amenities in the room. the housekeeping staff did a good job at keeping the room tidy and providing fresh towels and toiletries. the location of the hotel was ideal, being just a short walk away from the beach. This made it convenient for me to enjoy the beautiful coastal views and take leisurely strolls along the shore. Finally, I also found the rooms to be quite spacious, which gave me plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired as I found the toilet to be dirty upon arrival.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. Secondly, the location was perfect - just a stone's throw away from the beautiful seafront and some great restaurants. Lastly, I loved the fact that the rooms had access to a large terrace, allowing me to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. this hotel provided excellent value for money with its attention to detail and basic amenities.

This hotel was wonderful! The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, and I particularly loved the location - it was so close to the seafront and lots of great restaurants. The staff were also amazing, always friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were excellent.
